Midwest Metalwerks assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury as a result from use or misuse and any harm, injury, or unlawful use resulting from the sale, trade, use, travel or handling of any products from Midwest Metalwerks. It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to handle all Metalwerks products he/she purchases with care and its intended use as a tool.

Lifetime Warranty
Metalwerks products are designed and built for use as cutting tools. Use of any of our knives for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse. Metalwerks warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly or improper sharpening. If your product fails to function as it was designed, we will examine it's condition upon it's return to Metalwerks offices, identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate manner. If we determine there is a defect in the manufacture/materials/workmanship, Metalwerks will repair or replace that product with the same model or one of equal value at our own expense.
